This report lists all Credit Balances within Stride. Please note that this report will only list Credit Balances with a positive amount - Credit Balances with no funds will not populate.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Patient: the patient associated with the credit balance
Latest Visit: the patient’s last scheduled appointment (includes future appointments)
Credit Balance Amount: the current amount in the credit balance
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
Please note that if you are a Stride Billing client, you will see this report in Reporting > Claims > Patient Statements > Credit Balance.
