This report is available to Stride clients utilizing the Intelligent Waitlist, and provides insight into utilization of the Intelligent Waitlist per clinician. This data is determined by the number of available appointment slots that are sent through the Intelligent Waitlist, how many of these are booked, and if these booked appointments are eventually checked-in.
This report includes the following columns for each clinician:
Clinician: the name of the clinician
Opportunities: the number of appointment opportunities sent through the Intelligent Waitlist on this clinician's schedule
Appointments: the number of appointments booked through the Intelligent Waitlist on this clinician's schedule
Checked In: the number of appointments booked through the Intelligent Waitlist that have been Checked In
% Booked: the percentage of appointments that have been booked (Appointments divided by Opportunities)
% Checked In: the percentage of appointments that have been checked in (Checked In divided by Appointments)
