This report is available to Stride clients utilizing the Intelligent Waitlist, and displays all available appointment slots that have been sent to patients through the Intelligent Waitlist.
Please note that an opportunity will not appear if no patients on the waitlist match the available appointment slot.
This report includes the following data for each appointment opportunity:
Appt Date: the date of the available appointment
Start Time: the start time of the available appointment
End Time: the end time of the available appointment
Location: the practice location of the available appointment
Clinician: the clinician whose schedule includes the appointment slot
Booked: if the appointment slot has been booked through the Intelligent Waitlist (Yes / No)
Booked at: the date and time the appointment slot was booked (if applicable)
Patient: the patient that booked the appointment (if applicable)
Case: the case associated with the appointment (if applicable)
First Sent At: the date and time the available appointment was first offered through the Intelligent Waitlist
