This report is available to Stride clients utilizing the Intelligent Waitlist, and provides visibility into the send history of appointment opportunities that have been offered through this feature.
This report includes the following columns:
Appt Date: the date of the offered appointment
Start Time: the start time of the offered appointment
End Time: the end time of the offered appointment
Clinician: the clinician whose schedule includes the appointment slot
Location: the practice location of the offered appointment
Notification Status: the current status of the appointment opportunity (Pending, Confirmed, or Denied)
Patient: the patient that requested the appointment
Case: the case associated with the appointment
Appointment Type: the appointment type that has been sent
Email Address: the email address of the patient
Mobile Phone Number: the mobile phone number of the patient
Booked At: the date and time the appointment slot was booked (if applicable)
Delivered At: the date and time the available appointment was offered through the Intelligent Waitlist
