This report lists all cases that were created in Stride during the date range specified in the top right of the screen. The default view shows records from the Last 30 days, but the date range can be adjusted to either the Last 7 days, the Last 90 days, or a custom date range.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Created Date: the date that the case was created in Stride
Title: the case name
Status: the current status of the case (active or discharged)
Patient: the patient associated with the case
Location: the clinic location associated with the case
Clinician: the clinician associated with the case
Init Eval Date: the date of the patient’s Initial Evaluation
Total Visits: the total number of visits seen for the case (notes must be signed)
Payer: the primary insurance listed on the case
Referring Provider: the primary referring provider listed on the case
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
