This report lists all certifications in Stride that are approaching their end date. A certification will populate in this report once it is within 14 days of its End Date and will remain in this report indefinitely until the certification period is updated.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Patient: the patient associated with the certification
Case: the case associated with the certification
Locations: the clinic location(s) associated with the certification
Insurance: the insurance associated with the certification
Hierarchy: if this insurance is the patient’s primary, secondary, etc. payer
Start: the start (effective) date of the certification
End: the end (expiration) date of the certification
Days remaining: how many days remain until the end date
Visits used: how many visits have been seen within the certification period (notes must be signed)
Visits remaining: the total number of visits allowed minus the visits used
Total Visits Allowed: the total number of visits allowed by that authorization
Units used: the number of units the authorization has been applied to
Units remaining: the total number of units allowed minus the units used
Total Units Allowed: the total number of units allowed by that authorization
