This report lists every certification period that has been added to a patient case in Stride across all date ranges.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Patient: the patient associated with the certification
Case: the case associated with the certification
Insurance: the insurance associated with the certification
Start Date: the effective date of the certification
End Date: the expiration date of the certification
Days Remaining: how many calendar days until the end date
Visits Past Cert: how many visits have been seen past the end date (notes must be signed)
Seen Visits: how many total visits have been seen in the case, within and outside of the certification period (notes must be signed)
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
