This report lists all authorizations in Stride that are approaching their end date. An authorization will populate in this report once it is within 14 days of its End Date and will remain in this report until the authorization on the case has been updated.
Note: This report pulls solely from the authorization’s End Date, and therefore will not show authorizations that are nearing their Total Visits/Units Allowed if these authorizations are not also nearing their end dates. To view all authorizations nearing their total visits/units allowed, please use the Authorizations > All report and filter as needed.
This report includes the following columns, all of which can be filtered:
Patient: the patient associated with the authorization
Case: the case associated with the authorization
Locations: the clinic location(s) associated with the authorization
Insurance: the insurance associated with the authorization
Hierarchy: if this insurance is the patient’s primary, secondary, etc. payer
Start: the start (effective) date of the authorization
End: the end (expiration) date of the authorization
Days remaining: how many calendar days remain until the end date
Visits used: the number of visits the authorization has been applied to (notes must be signed)
Visits remaining: the total number of visits allowed minus the visits used (notes must be signed)
Total Visits Allowed: the total number of visits allowed by that authorization
Units used: the number of units the authorization has been applied to (notes must be signed)
Units remaining: the total number of units allowed minus the units used (notes must be signed)
Total Units Allowed: the total number of units allowed by that authorization
This report can be exported as a CSV file by clicking on the ‘download’ icon in the top right corner.
